• NETS-R-US will not accept return of material. Since each order is a custom made product no returns are allowed unless NETS-R-US has made a mistake in rope type or size/length of a product. 
•  The customer further agrees that the laws of the state of Maryland shall apply to the purchase or any dispute arising therefrom. 
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. A 6% sales tax is added to all orders shipped to Maryland and West Virginia customers. Billing discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of invoice date. 
• Due to the fact PayPal has a somewhat restricted shippping platform orders shipped outside the United States may show a higher than usual shipping charge at the shopping cart. If you would like a realistic shipping quote please submit a contact form and we will email you a quote.

  The shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order. Once you hit $250.00 in merchandise your shipping is FREE. Free shipping is for ground service only. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice. We normally ship via UPS Ground. In some cases we will ship by US Priority Mail. Orders that require LTL (truck) delivery which require additional services such as lift-gate are not covered under Free Shipping. These charges will be billed separately. For Free Shipping orders, we reserve the right to hold your order until it can be shipped complete. If we decide to have certain items sent direct to you from our suppliers, this will not cost you any additional shipping charges. 

   If you are ordering from Alaska, Hawaii or any other US Territory, you are welcome to call or email your order to us and we can give you a better estimated cost for shipping based on options like US Flat Rate Mail or other carries that better serve your area.

   In order to see your shipping charge you will need to select a payment option when you view your shopping cart. If you choose the "PayPal Check Out" option, you will sign into your PayPal account and the shipping charges are reflected in the drop down list at the top of the page.

   If you choose the "Check Out" option to pay without a PayPal account you will need to fill in your billing address only, not your credit card details, and the shipping method box appears and you can see the shipping charges. If the Ship to address is different than the billing address, uncheck the "Ship to my billing address" box, fill in the shipping address details, click on the "Select a shipping method" and you will see the shipping charges.

  This sounds way more difficult then it is so please be patient and follow through because we are eager to serve your Cargo Net and Rope Ladder needs.
